Planning and Project Management
This phase includes all activities associated with creating and refining a project plan, as well as establishing a project office for the ongoing management of project activities, deliverables, and schedules.
Requirements Definition and Analysis
During this phase, technical and functional requirements are gathered and analyzed relative to the Emagia Solution. Gaps are noted, analyzed, and resolutions identified.
Configuration, Build, and Test
During this phase the application is built and tested to ensure it meets the client’s specifications and made ready to be tested by client representatives.
Implementation and Training
This phase includes the activities associated with testing, user acceptance user training, and migration of the solution to the production environment.
